How much is therapy and how long will it take?
Individual therapy sessions are 50 min and the fees is between $165-$200 depending on which therapist you see. Group therapy fees range from $75-$100 per 1.5 to 2 hr session. The length of time you will be in therapy depends on what you are hoping to achieve. We work with you to determine your goals in your first few sessions.

Do you offer a sliding scale fee?

We sometimes offer discounts based on financial hardship. We evaluate this on a case by case basis. We have limited discounted fee spots so it also depends on availability.

Will you take my insurance?
We are an out of network provider. That means you pay up front and then we can submit claims for you as a courtesy and you will be reimbursed by your insurance carrier based on your out of network benefits. If you would like us to submit bill for you, please be sure to confirm coverage with your insurance company in advance.

Are your therapists licensed?

Our therapists are all licensed or registered with the appropriate state boards. Pre-licensed therapists (psychology assistants) work under supervision of a licensed therapist. Our therapists have different licensure - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PhD, PsyD).

Do you have any therapists who are BIPOC?

Yes we do! We are an inclusive practice and are diverse in our backgrounds and specialities.

How does therapy help? Talking about stuff doesn’t fix it.

Just talking isn't always enough but therapy is different. Therapy can help heal old wounds, teach skills to help you function better in your life, and help you understand the reasons you do things that cause you problems.
